摘要
针对工业通用减速机产品,在满足使用性能的前提下,对其造型的特征元素进行再设计,以树立品牌形象、提高国际市场竞争力。提出将品牌文化主题融入其造型设计的方法,以造型特征设计为手段,按照"确定造型意象元素—造型概念设计—整体造型设计—有限元分析"的流程,以TR系列圆柱斜齿轮减速机为例,设计了凸显企业品牌特征的减速机外观造型。
Based on Ihe premise of meeting need performance, in order to huild brand image and increase market compelitiveness, the redesign on feature elements of modeling is carried out. The new method of merging brand culture into product modeling design is proposed, taking modeling feature design as method. according to the procedure from detenmining modeling intent elements, conceptual design, overall design lo finile element anrelysis, the modeling design of TR series eylindrieal helical gear re- ducer is imph,mented, which highlights the characteristics of enterprise brand.
