摘要
以300MW机组双曲线自然通风冷却塔为研究对象,采用Fluent软件对冷却塔进行了三维数值模拟,分析了变工况下环境侧风对冷却塔冷却性能的影响、环境侧风对冷却塔进风口速度场的影响。研究发现:随着侧风风速的增加,冷却温差先减小后增大,出塔水温先增大后减小;并且,环境侧风的存在会扰乱冷却塔进风口流场,其临界风速值为6m/s。
Taking a hyperbolic natural draft cooling tower of 300MW thermal power unit as research object, effect of cross- wind to cooling tower performance and air inlet velocity field are analyzed. These researches of numerical simulation are based on the Fluent Software. Researches show that cooling temperature difference will decrease first and then increase, outlet temperature of the tower will increase and then decrease with the increasing of cross-wind velocity. Air inlet velocity field of the cooling tower will be disturbed by the existence of the cross-wind, of which the critical wind speed is 6m/s.
