摘要
目的:探讨中药热奄包在盆腔炎性包块的临床应用。方法:将160例湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎性包块患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组在静点抗生素的基础上,采用中药热奄包外敷治疗,对照组仅使用抗生素静点治疗,分布于治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后观察患者下腹痛、白带、包块大小等的变化进行评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为分别为88.75%、93.75%,对照组总治愈率分别为83.75%、90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药热奄包配合抗生素静点治疗盆腔炎性包块可明显缩小盆腔包块,改善患者下腹疼痛、月经失调等症状,具有疗效确切,操作简便,无毒副作用,患者易于接受等优点,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective ：To explore the traditional Chinese medicine heat I packages in the clinical application of pelvic inflam- matory mass. Methods ：160 cases of dampheat and blood stasis resistance in patients with pelvic inflammatory mass were ran- domly divided into the treatment group and the control group （ n = 80）. The treatment group on the basis of antibiotics, used heat I packet while the control group only used antibiotics. After one and two courses of treatment,the lower abdominal pain,leucorrhea and the mass size were observed respectively to evaluate the effect. Results ：The treatment group＇s total effective rates were respec- tively 88.75% ,93.75% and the control group＇s were 83.75% ,83.75%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine heat I package with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory mass can obviously reduce the mass size, improve the symptoms such as lower quadrant abdominal pain and menstrual disorders and has advantages of obvi- ous curative effect,convenient operation,non - toxic side effects, easy to be accepted by patients and is worth popularizing in clini- cal use.
