肝吸虫感染的呼吸系统表现1例报告及文献分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的了解肝吸虫感染相关呼吸系统的表现。方法分析23例肝吸虫感染相关呼吸系统表现的临床特点。结果 23例病例均有咳嗽,60.87%的患者影像学检查有肺部斑片影,43.48%伴咯血,52.17%伴血嗜酸性粒细胞增高,其他临床表现有胸腔积液和发热等。经吡喹酮驱虫治疗均取得良好疗效。结论肝吸虫感染引发呼吸系统表现较少见,临床表现无特异性,早期诊断治疗预后良好。
