摘要
目的观察中药热敷包对急性单纯性阑尾炎术后肠蠕动恢复的治疗效果。方法将2006年10月-2013年10月入院并采用腹腔镜手术治疗的急性单纯性阑尾炎患儿共108例随机分为实验组和对照组各54例。对照组常规治疗，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上术后当日加用中药热敷包进行腹部热敷；观察两组患儿肠蠕动恢复情况。结果实验组患儿肠呜音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间均短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中药热敷包能有效促进单纯性阑尾炎术后肠蠕动恢复，值得临床关注。
Objective To observe the curative effect of promoting the recovery of intestinal peristalsis of acute simple appendicitis postoperative with Herbal Fomentation. Methods During the period from Oct.. 2006 through Oct. 2013, 108 cases of Children with acute simple appendicitis treated by laparoscopy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （n = 54）. The Control group were treated with routine treatment, and the experimental group were treated with the abdomen Herbal Fomentation on the basis of control group treatment. Then observe the curative effect of the recovery of intestinal peristalsis for the two groups of children. Results It was found that the recovery time of bowel sound, exsufflating time and defecating time were markedly decreased in experimental group comparing with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Herbal Fomentation can effectively promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis of acute simple appendicitis postoperative should get clinical attention.
