放射性核素肝胆显像在评估移植肝功能和结构变化中的作用 被引量:4

The role of radionuclide imaging in evaluation of both functional and structural changes of the graft after orthotopic liver transplantation

摘要 目的 探讨放射性核素99mTc EHIDA(邻位二乙基乙酰替苯胺亚氨二醋酸 )在肝移植鼠肝胆显像中的作用。方法 实验动物随机分为正常鼠 (NL ,10只 )、正常鼠肝移植 (NL OLT ,8只 )组。应用单光子发射型计算机断层显像仪SPECT行放射性核素肝胆显像检查。结果  10只NL鼠和 6只无并发症NL OLT鼠的肝脏放射性高峰摄取时间、半排泄时间、肠管显像时间 (min)分别为 (3 0 5±0 31)minvs.(3 6 3± 0 6 5 )min (P <0 0 5 )、(6 6 3± 0 6 6 )minvs. (8 2 5± 0 94)min (P <0 0 5 )、(2 84± 0 35 )minvs.(3 13± 0 2 9)min(P >0 0 5 )。NL OLT鼠的时间放射性曲线和肝胆显像图象与正常鼠相似。 2只移植肝功能不良的NL OLT鼠的放射性高峰摄取时间、半排泄时间和肠管显像时间较其余 6只NL OLT鼠明显延长 ,时间放射性曲线则明显异常 ,且其中 1只鼠有放射性核素泄漏表现。结论 99mTc EHIDA可作为一种动态监测移植肝功能和结构变化的有效方法 ,简便安全无创。 Objective[WT5”BZ] To evaluate the role of radionuclide 99m Tc EHIDA for hepatobiliary imaging in rats with orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) [WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] Male SD rats were divided into 2 groups: normal controls (NL, n =10)and normal rats with OLT (NL OLT, n =8). Dynamic scintigraphy using single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) was used for hepatobiliary imaging. [WT5”HZ] Results[WT5”BZ] The time of peak activity (t max ) and half peak activity(t 1/2 ) in the liver and intestine (GI) imaging time (min) in NL and 6 uncomplicated NL OLT rats were 3 05±0 31 vs. 3 63±0 65 ( P <0 05), 6 63±0 66 vs. 8 25±0 94 ( P < 0 05) and 2 84±0 35 vs. 3 13±0 29 ( P >0 05), respectively. The time active curves and imaging of NL OLT rats were similar to that in NL rats.The t max and t 1/2 in the liver, GI imaging time and the time active curves in 2 complicated NL OLT rats were significantly different compared with that of NL rats. Radionuclide leak occurred in 1 NL OLT rat.[WT5”HZ] Conclusions [WT5”BZ] Radionuclide 99m Tc EHIDA effectively monitors both structural and functional changes of the liver graft. [WT5”HZ]
