摘要
目的探讨适合急诊ICU量化评估式交接班模式的实际效果。方法接班护士使用量化评估式交接班模式,识别潜在危重症和护理风险。对比实施评估式交接班模式前后护士对潜在危重症患者病情判断符合率,抢救物品准备完备率,护理措施主动落实率及护理服务满意率。结果实施护理量化评估式交接班后,护士对潜在危重症患者病情判断符合率为98.30%(对照组93.96%,P<0.05),抢救物品准备完备率为98.86%(对照组95.05%,P<0.05),护理措施主动落实率99.43%(对照组95.60%,P<0.05),护理服务满意率为98.43%(对照组96.15%,P<0.05)。结论采用评估式交接班模式有助于提高急诊ICU的交班质量、护理质量。
Objectives To explore the suitable for emergency ICU nursing shift mode. Methods The succession of nurses use evaluation type shift mode, disease and nursing safety risk identification potential severity, the implementation rate of nursing measures and the satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the experimental group and the control group. Results The assessment accuracy of the potential risk, the prevention efficiency of the nursing jobs, The implementation rate of nursing measures and the satisfaction rate of the patients （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions The assessment nursing shift protocol could promote to improve the quality of nursing care and ensure the nursing safety in EICU.
