摘要
目的 对比研究左乙拉西坦和奥卡西平治疗儿童癫痫的临床效果.方法 将2011年6月～2012年6月我院收治的81例癫痫患儿按不同治疗方法分为OXC组（41例,给予口服奥卡西平治疗）和LEV组（40例,给予口服左乙拉西坦治疗）,对两组治疗效果进行综合比较.结果 两组治疗有效率和脑电图改善有效率比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）;LEV组不良反应发生率明显低于OXC组（P＜0.05）.结论 左乙拉西坦和奥卡西平用于治疗儿童癫痫疗效相当,但左乙拉西坦安全性更高.
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between levetiracetam and oxcarbazepine in treating children epilepsy. Methods A total of 81 cases pediatric patients with epilepsy in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were divided into OXC group （41 cases,were given oxcarbazepine）and LEV group （40 cases,were given levetiracetam）, the efficacy of two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference of the efficacy be- tween two groups （P〉0.05）;The incidence of complications in LEV group was lower than that in OXC group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both levetiracetam and oxcarbazepine have good curative effect in treating children epilepsy,but the levetiracetam has higher security.
