麻黄多糖提取工艺优化研究 被引量:3

Study on Optimized Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Ephedra sinica Stapf.

摘要 目的研究麻黄多糖提取最佳工艺条件。方法采用超声波提取麻黄多糖,通过正交实验L9(34)设计分别考察麻黄多糖脱脂与提取条件。结果麻黄多糖脱脂条件为取60目麻黄粉末,用5倍量(W/V)95%乙醇超声脱脂1次,40min;麻黄多糖提取条件为用10倍量(W/V)蒸馏水超声提取3次,每次60min,合并水提液,浓缩,用85%乙醇醇沉。在此条件下麻黄多糖提取量为0.121 5%。结论本方法优化了麻黄多糖提取工艺,简便、可行、重现性好,多糖提取率高。 Objective To study the optimum extraction technology of polysaccharides from Ephedra sinica Stapf. Methods The polysaccharides were extracted from Ephedra sinica Stapf. with ultrasonic, the optimum polysaccharides derosination and extrac- tion conditions were investigated by orthogonal experiment L9 ( 3^4 ). Results The optimum derosination conditions were as follows : particle size 60 mesh, solid - liquid ration 1:5, ethanol concentration 95% , derosination 1 time, time 40 mins; The optimum ex- traction conditions were as follows: solid -liquid ration 1:10, one time 60 mins, extraction 3 times, 85% alcohol precipitation . By the above conditions, the extraction of polysaecharides from Ephedra sinica Stapf. can reach 0. 1215%. Conclusion The suit- able extraction of polysaeeharides from Ephedra siniea Stapf. is simple, practicable, reasonable, with high rates of extraction of polysaceharides and good reproducibility.
