Fenton氧化法去除造纸法再造烟叶废水COD的研究 被引量:3

Study on the COD removal of paper-process reconstituted tobacco wastewater by Fenton oxidation

摘要 采用Fenton氧化法深度处理经过生化处理后的造纸法再造烟叶废水,研究了H2O2用量、Fe2+用量、反应时间以及初始pH因素对CODCr去除率的影响,确定了最佳试验条件.结果表明,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)为6∶1,H2O2用量36.75 mmol/L,Fe2+用量6.125 mmol/L,搅拌反应时间30 min,初始pH为3时,CODCr去除率达最大值为72.26%,再添加PAM进行絮凝沉降处理,最终出水水质CODCr为60 mg/L. Fenton oxidation was used to remove CODcr ot paper- process reconstltuteo tot)acco wastewater treated by biochemical processes. The effects of factors including c ( H202 ), c ( Fe2 + ), reaction time and initial pH on CODc, removal efficiency were investigated, and the optimal conditions were determined. The results showed that the CODcr removal of wastewater reached 72.26% , when n ( H202 ) : n ( Fe2 + ) = 6: 1, c ( H202 ) = 36.75 mmol/L,c(H20) = 6. 125 mmoL/L,t = 30 min and initial pH =3. Then PAM was added for flocculation process and the CODcr of the final effluent was 60 mg/L.
