摘要
目的研究深度烧伤患者远期的心理状况,并分析其相关影响因素。方法选取深度烧伤患者,进行24个月的追踪观察,对其心理状况进行分组,比较其相关的影响因素(性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职业、受伤部位、受伤面积、致伤原因)。结果烧伤创面愈合24个月以后,48%的患者存在异常心理,其中年龄、受伤面积组间差异有统计学意义。结论深度烧伤患者远期存在心理异常者较多,其中多存在于年龄小、受伤面积大的患者中。
Objective To study the long term psychological status of the patients with deep burn, and analysis the related factors. Methods To select the patients with deep bum, and observe these patients for 24 months. To group these patients according to the psychological status, and analysis the factors, such as： gender, age, marital status, education background, occupation, the location of bum, the injured area, the cause of injury. Results After 24 months of bum wound healing, 48% patients have abnormal psychology. There were statistically significant differences in age, the injured area of the project group. Conclusion In the long-term, a lot of deep bum patients have abnormal psychology. Many of them exist in the age of small, large area of injured patients.
