摘要
如何使国有企业尽早步入持续创新的轨道 ,是国有企业改革的焦点之一。本文基于对康佳集团的案例分析表明 ,企业持续创新机制的形成 ,有赖于一组适当的互补性的制度安排 ;只要通过相应的制度创新 。
A focus of reform of the state owned enterprises (SOEs) is how to compel them to enter into the trajectory of sustainable innovation. Based on a case study about KONKA Group Co. Ltd., this paper presents that a proper set of complementary institutional arrangements are responsible for the formation of mechanism of the enterprise's sustatinable innovation, which is likely emerged from SOEs so long as cerain institutional innovations are to be undertaken.
