摘要
基于对某300MW机组一次调频试验,分析了影响其一次调频性能的因素,汽轮机阀门流量函数与实际阀门流量特性不匹配以及机组的运行方式是造成机组一次调频性能不佳的主要原因。采用Matlab/Simulink软件建立了汽轮机及其调节系统模型,以验证试验结果的正确性,并提出了改善机组一次调频性能的建议。
On the basis of primary frequency regulation (PFR) on a 300 MW unit, the factors af- fecting performance of the PFR were analyzed. Mismatch between flow function of steam turbine valves and the actual flow characteristics,and the unit's operation mode were considered as the main factors causing poor performance of the unit's PFR. Thus, by employing the Matlab/Simu- link software, a model for the steam turbine and its governing system was established to verify the correctness of the conclusion. Furthermore,suggestions for improving the unit's PFR performance were put forward.
