摘要
用正交试验法研究了钝化法热浸镀中钝化剂浓度、钝化工艺、热浸工艺对钢板热浸镀55% Al- Zn合金镀层厚度和质量的影响 。
In hot dip 55%Al Zn alloy cladding of steel sheet by passivation method, the effects of concentration of passivant, passivation treatment and hot dip processes on the cladding thickness and quality are strdied by orthogonal designed test in this paper. The optimum passivation conditions and hot dip processes with a satisfactory quality cladding are acquired.
