摘要
研究了3种球化剂对ADI金相组织和力学性能的影响。热处理工艺为:900℃保温2 h奥氏体化,再进行350℃×2 h盐浴等温淬火。结果显示:(1)3种球化剂的球化效果均较佳;经过适当的热处理后,球铁的性能能够达到ASTM 897M-06标准中3级ADI的要求;(2)3种球化剂制取的ADI试样均显示理想的淬火组织,采用VNA-60p球化剂制取的ADI试样的力学性能较佳,优于VNCR-70和HQ8-3球化剂。
The influence of 3 sorts of nodulizer on the microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated. The heat treatment process was:austeniting at 900 ℃ for :2 h,isothermal quenching at 350 ℃ for 2 h. The results showed: (1)the nodulizing effect of all 3 sorts of nodulizer was quite good;the properties of the ductile iron after being properly heat-treatment could reach the requirements of ADI grade 3 of the standard ASTM 897M-06; (2)All test blocks obtained with 3 sorts of nodulizers showed ideal quenching structure, and the mechanical properties of the ADI test block obtained with VNA-60p nodulizer were better than those obtained with nodulizer VNCR-70 and HQS-3.
