Flow Electrification Characteristics of Typical Oil-pressboard Insulation Under DC Electric Field

摘要 为研究直流电场作用下油纸绝缘油流带电特性,在实验室搭建了同轴圆柱电极结构的油纸绝缘模型,利用密闭油循环系统开展了直流电场下油流带电的实验研究,并探讨了直流电场幅值和油流速度对油流带电的影响。实验结果表明,直流电场会显著提高油纸绝缘油流带电程度,随外施电场强度的提高冲流电流呈上升趋势;流速对冲流电流的影响与外施电场强度有关,在无外施电场时冲流电流随流速增加而呈线性或指数增加,在低场强下冲流电流随油流流速增加出现饱和现象,但在高场强下随着流速的增加冲流电流呈线性增加。分析可得:油流带电与油纸界面处离子的扩散与迁移有关,温度通过影响油纸界面处的离子迁移速度而影响油流带电特性。 In order to investigate the characteristics of flow electrification in oil-paper insulation affected by DC electric field, with an oil-paper tube model of concentric cylindrical electrode geometry built in laboratory, we experimentally studied the flow electrification in the sealed oil circulating system, and analyzed the influence of DC electric field's am- plitude and oil flow's velocity on the flow electrification. The experiments showed that applying DC electric field on oil-paper insulation can significantly enhance the charging of oil flow and induce a streaming currents increasing with the external electric field's intensity. The influence of flow velocity on streaming current is related to external field's intensity streaming current increases linearly or exponentially with flow velocity in the absence of external electric field; this in- crease tends to saturate under low electric field, but it keeps being linear under high electric field. Based on further theoretical analysis, it is concluded that oil flow electrification is related to the diffusion and migration of ion at oil-paper interface, and tempera^tre influences flow electrification by affecting the migration velocity of ions.
