摘要
便携式液压千斤顶广泛应用于抗震救灾、消防救援、起重推移等领域,但体积大,单件部件重,携带不便,活塞动作速度慢,系统压力小。采用阶梯活塞式手动泵和带充液阀的双速液压缸分体式结构改进液压千斤顶,研究了千斤顶最大负载、柱塞上升速度的计算方法。工程实践表明:该产品携带方便,升降快速,单件部件质量小于25 kg、最高系统压力63 MPa,最大负载12×104N,千斤顶上升速度637 mm/min。
The original portable hydraulic jack is often applied in earthquake relief work, rescue, hoisting and push, but its volume and single unit weight are big, its support force is not enough, its work efficiency is low, and it is not portable. An ultrahigh pressure manual hydrauliac jack based on ladder piston hand pump and hydraulic double speed cylinder with prefill valve was put for- warded. And the calculation methods for the maximun jack's load and plunger speed were studied. The practical application shows that its single unit weight is less than 25 kg, its pressure is 63 MPa, its support force is 12 × 104 N, its plunger speed is 637 mm/min, and it is portable.
