摘要
地铁盾构隧道施工过程中,随着盾构机的推进,需要测量已拼接管片的中心位置,并与设计中心轴线进行对比,若偏差在允许范围内,则可通过改变千斤顶行程来调整盾构机姿态进行纠偏,若偏差超出允许设计范围,则需要设计纠偏曲线。文中介绍了盾构隧道中心轴线三维坐标一种简便的测量方法,提出了使用连续反向圆曲线来设计纠偏曲线,并分析推导了该方法的数学模型。
In subway shield tunnel construction process ,the center position of spliced segments should be measured along with the advance of shield machine ,and compared with the design of the central axis .If the error is in the allowa-ble range,it can be corrected by changing the jack stroke to adjust the attitude of shield machine ,while if the deviation is beyond the allowed scope of design , it is required to design the correction curves .This paper introduces the measuring method of shield tunnel axis 3D coordinates,and proposes a method to design the correction curves using continuous re-verse circular curve ,and the analysis of the mathematical model is deduced method .
