摘要
目的:观察针刺透灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例本病患者随机分为针刺透灸组、温针组,每组35例。针刺透灸组采用针刺、艾箱透灸治疗,温针组采用温针灸治疗。治疗2个疗程后比较两组患者WOMAC总积分及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后WOMAC总积分均明显降低(P<0.01)。2个疗程后,针刺透灸组WOMAC积分与温针组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针刺透灸组总有效率为94.3%,温针组总有效率为85.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合透灸治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,可有效缓解患者疼痛等症状,改善膝关节功能。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture with plenitudinous moxibustion on knee os- teoarthritis.Methods：The 70 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture with plenitudinous moxibustion group and moxibus- tion with needle group, 35 cases in each. Patients were treated with acupuncture,plenitudinous moxibustion through moxa box in acupuncture with plenitudinous moxibustion group, and warmed needle in moxibustion with needle group. The clinical efficacy and total score of WOMAC were compared between the two groups after 2 course of treatment.Results：The WOMAC score were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）, in groups, there was statistically significant difference on WOMAC between Acupuncture with plenitudinous moxibustion group and moxibustion with needle group （P〈0.05）after 2 courses. The total effective rate of acupuncture with plenitudinous moxibustion group was 94.3%, and the total effective rate of moxibustion with needle group was 85.7%; there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with plenitudinous moxibustion therapy can effectively alleviate thepermeability in patients with knee osteoarthritis pain, relieve other symptoms and improve knee function.
