摘要
异烟酸—巴比妥酸分光光度法测定水中氰化物,在相同的操作速度下,采用100ml容量瓶与25ml比色管作为显色容器相比,前者能很好地抑制氰化物测定过程中的逸出损失,从而提高测定体系的稳定性、降低操作难度。操作过程中宜保持相同的快速操作节奏,宜快速一次性测完。
Under the same operating speed,both 100ml volumetric flask and 25ml colorimetric tube were used as the color container in the process of isonicotinic -barbituric acid spectrophotometric to test cyanide in water.The former can better inhibit the escape of cyanide loss,improve the stability of the measurement system,and reduce the operational complexity.
