Optimization of Extraction Technology for Mosla Herba by Central Composite Design-response Surface Method

摘要 目的:优选香薷的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、溶媒比为自变量,香荆芥酚含量、麝香草酚含量为因变量,通过对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归及二项式拟合,采用星点设计响应面分析法优选香薷提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为11倍量75%乙醇提取3次,每次70 min,该工艺条件下,香荆芥酚质量分数为0.303%、麝香草酚质量分数为0.722%。结论:星点设计-响应面分析法优选的香薷提取工艺,方法简便,合理可行。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize extraction process of Mosla Herba. METHODS: The extraction process of Mosla Herba was optimized by central composite-response surface method. Taking the ethanol concentration, extraction time and the amount of solvent as independent variables, and the content of carvacrol and thymol as dependent variable, each level of independent vari- ables were fitted by multiple linear regression and binomial formula; The extraction process of Mosla Herba was optimized by re- sponse surface method. RESULTS: Optimal extraction technology was as follows: ll-folds of 75% ethanol, extracting for 3 times, 70 min each time. The concentration of carvacrol was 0.303% and that of binomial formula was 0.722%. CONCLUSIONS: The extraction technology of Mosla Herba optimized by central composite-response surface method is simple, reasonable.
