摘要
目的:探究步长稳心颗粒在治疗心脏神经官能症方面的临床效果。方法:选取我院2010年5月—2012年5月间收治的神经官能症患者100例,随机地分成对照组和观察组,对照组运用常规的治疗办法,观察组运用步长稳心颗粒治疗,以15 d为1个疗程。观察两组的疗效及副作用情况。结果:对照组中,显效24例,有效13例,无效13例,总有效率74.0%;观察组中,显效33例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率94.0%,观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且复发率极低。两组不良反应情况:对照组中,5例头晕,3例恶心,不良反应出现率16.0%;观察组中,1例头晕,2例恶心,不良反应出现率6.0%,观察组好于对照组,停药后症状自行缓解。结论:稳心颗粒在治疗心脏神经官能症方面,具有安神镇静的疗效,值得临床进一步推广和应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical effects of Buchang Wenxin Granule on cardiac neurosis. Methods： 100 neurosis patients admitted to hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used conventional treatment options and observation group used Buchang Wenxin Granule, 15 days for a course of treatment. The curative effects and side effects of both groups were observed. Result： 24 cases were obviously effective, 13 cases effective and 13 cases in vain, the total effective rate was 74% in control group. 33 cases were obviously effective, 14 cases effective and 3 cases in vain, total effective rate was 94% in the observation group （ P〈0.05 ） and the observation group had very low relapse rate. Adverse reactions of two groups ： 5 cases of dizziness and 3 cases of nausea in control group and the adverse reaction rate was 16%. 1 ease of dizziness and 2 cases of nausea in observation grou and the adverse reactions incidence was 6%. The adverse reactions were relieved after stopping administration. Conclusion ： Bnchang Wenxin Granule in the treatment of cardiac neurosis can soothe the calming and deserve further promotion and clinical application.
