摘要
从建筑学角度将传统建筑坡屋顶与现代折板网壳结构相融合,采用ANSYS软件自带APDL语言,提出并研发了两类(六种)坡屋顶折板网壳结构参数化建模方法与结构设计宏程序;用户只需依据建筑风格和特点要求输入坡屋顶折板网壳相关几何参数:东西跨度L、南北跨度W、高度H、正脊长度S、正脊分割份数Kn、垂脊分割份数Nx、翘曲比例b,即可生成所需模型;并对这两类(六种)坡屋顶折板网壳结构进行了随几何参数变化的受力分析。结果表明:该设计程序可将坡屋顶传统建筑风格与现代折板网壳结构设计有效结合,方便地设计出具有传统建筑风格的坡屋顶折板网壳,该类折板网壳结构受力性能随南北跨度W、高度H、正脊长度S呈规律变化。
The paper combines the slope roof with the folded plate latticed shell from the perspective of architecture and achieves two kinds of (six) slope roof type single folded plate latticed shell parametric modeling method and design of macro program by using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language APDL. According to the requirements of building style and features, the users only need to input the related parameters of slope roof of folded plate latticed shell : west span L, north-south span W, height H, spine length S, ridge segmentation number Kn, oblique ridge segmentation number Nx, warping ratio B to get the model. Then this paper makes the stress analysis of the two kinds of (six) slope roof type folded plate shell with the change of the geometrical parameters. The results show that, the program effectively combines the slope of the roof with the folded plate latticed shell structure and designs a kind of traditional style of the slope roof of folded plate latticed shell. The force performance of folded plate latticed shell changes regularly with n0rth-south span L, height H and spine length S.
