摘要
基于精益思想,通过对我国煤矿机电管理的现状进行了分析,对我国煤矿机电精益管理模式的构建以及实现的具体方法进行了探讨,提出了优化机电业务流程和规范员工作业、运用设备信息化手段实现机电设备全寿命周期管理的煤矿机电精益化管理模式。
In this paper, based on lean thinking, through to the present situation of our country＆#39;s coal mine electromechanical management are analyzed, to our country coal mine electromechanical management model of lean construction and implementation of the specific methods are discussed in this paper, puts forward the optimization of mechanical and electronic business process and standardize the employees＆#39; work, using equipment informationization means realizing a complete life cycle management of electrical and mechanical equipment of coal mine electromechanical the lean management mode.
