摘要
三维可视化技术是利用二维的影像学资料,导入三维重建软件中进行分析和处理,在计算机上构建其可视化的人体图形,并用于指导临床。肝脏作为人体内最大的腺体,其解剖结构非常复杂,生理功能也很重要,可视化人体肝脏指的是利用肝脏的CT及MRI的二维图像,导入三维重建软件中,利用计算机构建可视化的人体肝脏图形。它在学习肝内解剖结构、提高肝脏疾病诊断率,尤其在指导肝胆外科手术等方面得到广泛应用。
Three dimensional visualization technology is mainly using the two- dimensional image data, analysis and processing of imported into 3D reconstruction software, the reconstruction of visualization in com- puter graphics of the human body, and used to guide clinical. Liver as the body' s largest, its anatomical struc- ture is very complex, physiological function is also very important, visible human liver refers to two- dimension- al image using CT and MRI of the liver, imported into 3D reconstruction software, constructing the visualization using computer graphics human liver. It is helpful to the study of anatomical structure within the liver, can im- prove the diagnosis rate of liver disease, especially widely used in guiding the Department of hepatobiliary surgery operation etc.
