摘要 广东惠来电厂4号机DG3033/26.15-Ⅱ1型超超临界锅炉出现高温再热器异种钢焊口开裂问题。经取样分析,发现异种钢接头T91侧热影响区的硬度偏高。在外部应力的作用下导致异种钢接头开裂。通过消除外部应力和对异种钢接头重做热处理,有效解决了异种钢接头开裂问题。 This paper introduces the cracking on dissimilar steel welding joints of high-temperature reheater of DG3033/26. 15-Ⅱ 1 ultra super critical boiler for Guangdoing Huilai Power Plant Unit 4. It is found through some sampling analysis, the hardness of HAZ of T91 steel on the dissimilar steel welding joints is higher than normal. And outside stress induced the cracking on dissimilar steel welding joints. When the stress is relieved and the heat treated, the problem of cracking on dissimilar steel welding joints is solved.
