PEG模拟不同程度干旱胁迫对长豇豆种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Degrees of PEG Simulated Drought Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Physiology Characteristics of Cowpea

摘要 用不同质量浓度(0,50,100,150,200,250,300 g/L)的PEG模拟干旱胁迫条件,研究不同程度干旱胁迫对长豇豆种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响.结果表明:长豇豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及幼苗的芽长、根长、侧根数均随PEG质量浓度的增加呈下降的趋势;当PEG质量浓度低于150 g/L时,其幼苗的SOD及POD活性随PEG质量浓度升高而升高,而PEG质量浓度高于150 g/L时,则随PEG质量浓度升高而下降;但幼苗MDA含量随PEG质量浓度增加而逐渐增加.表明随着干旱胁迫程度升高,长豇豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用以及细胞膜受伤害程度也愈严重. Effects of different degrees of drought stress on seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of cowpea ( Vigna unguiculata W. ssp. sesquipedalis ( L. ) Verd. ) were investigated using different mass fractions of PEG (0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 g/L) simulated drought stress. The results indicated that the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, bud length, root length and number of lateral roots all showed the trend of decrease with the increase of mass fraction of PEG. The activity of SOD and POD in the seed- lings increased when PEG mass fraction used was lower than 150 g/L, but decreased when PEG mass fraction used was higher than 150 g/L. However, the MDA content in the seedlings increased gradually with the increase of mass fraction of PEG. The results show that the higher the degree of drought stress, the higher inhibition on seed germination and seedling growth or more sever damage on cell membrane.
