摘要
首先综述了动态联盟的产生背景 ,指出了动态联盟的不稳定特性 ,并通过建立在相同产业环境下的动态联盟的模型 ,在企业自身利益最大化的假设下 ,分析了动态联盟的合作动力 。
This paper describes the background of dynamic league's emergence. The instability of the dynamic league is analyzed through an mathematics model of two corporations in the same industry. The term of forming a valid dynamic league is given.
