摘要
为了了解作物利用氮素的生理机制,本研究分析了根系吸收氮素主要形态以及植物体内氮素再分配的意义。总结了根系对土壤氮素的吸收中目前利用模式植物所发现的功能基因,提出了目前研究中存在环境条件改变对氮素利用影响的生理机制不明确,所研究的植物类型较少等问题,同时对今后研究重点进行了展望。
In order to see physiological mechanism of nitrogen use of plant, the main form nitrogen uptakes by plant roots as well as the significant meaning of nitrogen re-assignment were analyzed. The function genes discovered from model plant which partake nitrogen uptake by plant roots were summarized. Moreover, current problems and potential issue like inner physiological mechanism of nitrogen influenced by surroundings was not clear, studied species were not enough and so on were discussed.
