摘要
在医院信息化集成平台的支撑下,医院已实现"开写—计费—执行"的基本住院电子医嘱处理流程。以此为基础,通过对流程的重新梳理和对信息化工具的延伸,完善了电子医嘱系统、医嘱摆药等功能,建设了移动护理系统,对医嘱流程中的医嘱核对、执行确认等环节提供信息化的支撑,最终实现了住院医嘱闭环管理,起到了提高住院患者医疗安全的目的。
Supported by the information integration platform, the hospital has achieved the basic hospital computerized physician order entry（CPOE）processing procedure＂prescribe, billing, and perform＂. Based on this , we consummate the computerized physician order entry（CPOE）, dispense function and other functions, and build a mobile care system through the extension of information technology tools, provide an information technology support for order check , execute , confirm and other links, finally realize the closed-loop management of hospital orders , achieve the aim of increasing medical safety for inpatients.
