摘要
IPD工程交付模式在国外一些发达国家已被推广,但在中国仍属起步阶段。根据国内外经验及中国实际情况,分析了IPD工程交付模式实施的阻碍因素,并通过调查问卷等形式对阻碍因素进行排序,提出IPD工程交付模式实施推广方案,为IPD工程交付模式实施奠定基础。
