摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并高血脂的疗效及对内皮功能的影响。方法选择96例诊断为高血压合并高血脂的患者,随机均分为对照组与治疗组,对照组在一般治疗基础上加用左旋氨氯地平,治疗组在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀,持续治疗2个月。观察患者收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白的变化情况,并采用彩色多普勒测定血管内皮功能。结果经治疗,两组患者治疗后收缩压及舒张压均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低幅度显著优于对照组降低幅度(P<0.05);经治疗,治疗组患者血浆总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后变化不明显(P>0.05),且治疗组降低幅度显著优于对照组降低幅度(P<0.05);经治疗,两组患者反映血管内皮依赖性舒张的反应性充血值显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低幅度显著优于对照组降低幅度(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀对高血压合并高血脂有良好、肯定的疗效,并能有效改善血管内皮功能。
Objective To probe into the curative effect of Atorvastatin to treat hypertension with hyperlipidem ia and its influence on en-dothelial function .Methods 96 sufferers diagnosed with hypertension and hyperlipidem ia were randomly divided into control group and treat-ment group .The control group were given Levam lodipine Besylate on the basis of conventional treatment,while the treatment group were given Atorvastatin on the basis of the treatment for the control group,each for two months.The changes of systolic pressure,diastolic pres-sure,triacylglycerol,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,and low-density lipoprotein were observed,and color Doppler was adopted to mea-sure the vascular endothelial function .Results After treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in both groups clearly decreased （P〈0 .05 ）,and the decrease range of the treatment group was clearly superior to that of the control group （P〈0 .05 ）.The plasm a total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,and low-density lipoprotein of the treatment group clearly decreased after treatment（P〈0 .05 ）,while there was not clear change after treatment in the control group （P＆gt;0 .05 ）,and the decrease range of the treatment group was clearly superior to that of the control group （P〈0 .05 ）.The reactive hyperem ia value of blood vessel endothelium dependent relaxation in both groups clearly decreased （P〈0 .05 ）,and the decrease range of the treatment group was clearly superior to that of the control group （P〈0 .05 ）.Conclusion Atorvastatin has favorable and definite curative effect on hypertension with hyperlipidem ia,and can effectively improve vascular endothelial function .
