摘要
使用钢铝一体化车身,可降低整车质量,但"铝-铝"及"钢-铝"连接的可焊接性差,"钢-铝"连接存在电化学腐蚀等问题,成为结构设计的难点。研究并总结了铝电阻焊(RSW)、自冲铆钉连接(SPR)及旋转钻铆(FDS)3种连接技术的设计规范与检测要求,提出"钢-铝"连接中防腐蚀问题的解决措施。3种技术均得到相应验证,并在设计、检测及返修方面取得了一定成果。
The steel-aluminum integrated body can decrease the weight of complete vehicle, but the weldability for aluminum-aluminum joint and steel-aluminum joint is weak. The electrochemical conosion becomes the difficult point in design structure. This paper summarizes RSW, SPR and FDS 3 joining technologies and steel-aluminum joint test requirements, the countermeasures for anti-electrochemical corrosion in steel-aluminum joint ale put forward.
