高温作业工人晶状体损伤情况的调查研究

摘要 目的探讨高温作业工人红外线辐射引起晶状体损伤的情况,为有效防护提供科学依据。方法在济南钢铁集团总公司随机选取380名(760眼)男性炼钢高炉作业工人作为实验组,同时在济南钢铁集团总公司后勤人员中随机抽取356名(712眼)男性工作人员作为对照组,复方托比卡胺滴眼液充分散大双眼瞳孔后,在裂隙灯显微镜下检查晶状体损伤情况。结果 50岁以上炼钢高炉作业工人白内障患病率为21.84%,对照组仅为10.89%,差异有统计学意义(x2=8.916,P=0.003)。工龄在20年及以上炼钢高炉作业工人白内障患病率23.56%,同其他工龄组比较差异显著。结论高温作业工人红外线辐射可引起白内障,应该提供有效的防护措施。 Objective The study was undertaken to determine if occupational exposure to infrared radiation increases the risk of cataract, and to provide datas for prevention. Methods The eyes of 380 steel workers with occupational exposure to infrared radiation and 356 controls with non-IR exposure were examined with slit lamp after mydriasis randomly. The lifetime IR-exposure was calculated at the same time. Results Len opacities were found in 21.84% of IR-exposed workers 50 years and older and in 10.89% of controls of the same age. In younger age groups there was no significant dif- ference between exposed and controls. The opacities were observed in 23.56% of 1R-exposed workers whose labor record exceeded 20 years. Conclusion The occupational IR-exposure of the steel workers whose labor record exceeded 20 years accelerates the development of cataract. All steel workers with a high exposure to IR radiation should be equipped with adequate eye protection.
