摘要
良性前列腺增生(BPH)是老年男性常见疾病,会严重影响患者的生活质量,并且随着我国老龄化程度的不断提高,BPH的发病率也不断上升。本文对治疗BPH的药物进行调查研究总结,其主要治疗药物包括α-受体阻滞剂、5α还原酶抑制剂、抗雄激素制剂和植物药制剂,且BPH患者文化教育、关怀疗效等方面的因素皆会影响用药依从性,针对原因提出相关对策,有效提高患者用药依从性,增加BPH的治愈率。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） is a common disease in older men, which seriously affects the life quality of patients. The incidence of BPH increasing with the age. This article investigates the drugs for BPH treatment, including α-blockers, 5α-reductase inhibitors, anti-androgen preparations and herbal preparations. While factors such as cultural education and curative effect will influence the medication adherence after investigating the compliance of patients with BPH medication. In order to improve patients＇ medication compliance effectively and increase cure rates of BPH, this article makes some relevant countermeasures.
