摘要
随着我国城镇化步伐的加快,生态保护与经济发展之间的矛盾日益突出,成为阻碍实现可持续发展的主要因素。文章以内蒙古自治区为研究对象,在利用主成分分析法对区域生态支撑能力与社会经济发展水平进行分析的基础上,利用耦合协调模型对2001-2010年间区域的生态支撑能力与社会经济发展之间的耦合协调性进行研究。结果表明:研究区在近十年来,由于生态系统脆弱性和人类活动的干扰,生态环境系统发展停滞不前,甚至有降低的趋势,生态支撑能力从0.37下降到0.06;而社会经济则呈现高速发展的势头,社会经济压力从2001年的0.03发展到2010年的0.7。总体来看,生态环境与经济发展协调性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在2005年达到0.618,成为系统发展的最优点,但未来社会经济的发展将会受到生态环境系统较强的制约作用。
Intensified eco-environmental problem along with quicken process of urbanization in China has led to a critical situation that would endanger sustainable socio-economic development of the country. In this paper, the ecological supporting capacity and socio-economic development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as an example, were studied on the basis of analyzing the principal component using the coupling coordinate model focusing on the coupling interaction between ecological supporting capacity and socio-economic development during the period from 2001 to 2010. The study indicated that there appeared a stagnation of eco-environment system owing to the intrinsic fragility and the strengthened interferences of human activities during the last ten years, and the ecological capacity decreased from 0.37 to 0.06, along with the rapid development in socio-economy; while the stress due to the socio-economic development increased from 0.03 to 0.7. In general, the coupling coordination level of eco-environment and economic development kept increasing from 2001 to 2005, culminating in 0.618 in 2005, but decreasing afterwards; therefore, such a tendency would likely restrict the future socio- economic development.
