摘要
本文通过分析部队心理卫生服务需求现状,发现当前心理卫生工作的优势与存在的问题,阐述了基层部队和部队医院心理卫生工作开展情况,认为确立心理卫生工作管理理念、调查现有心理卫生资源配备现状、关注心理卫生专业人员,才能不断提升部队心理卫生服务质量。
This paper analyzed current situation of mental health services requirement in Chinese armed forces, found the advantages and problems in current mental healthy work, and expounded development of mental health service in basic military units and military hospitals. The quality of mental health service in Chinese Armed Forces can be contin- uously improved by establishing management theories, investigating the current of situation of mental health resources and giving more care to the professional staff members.
