摘要
丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂是一类分布广泛的蛋白酶抑制剂超家族,能与体内参与各种调控作用的丝氨酸蛋白酶相互制约,形成一定的动态平衡,调节生物体内许多重要的生命活动。该文就近几年来关于昆虫丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂在免疫调节中的研究进展进行综述。
Serine protease inhibitors （Serpins）are widely distributed protease inhibitor superfamily, which could restrict ＇each other with serine proteases （SPs） mediating crucial physiological processes to form a dynamic and regulate many important life activities of the organism.ln this paper, we mainly discussed the progress on immunomodulation of insect Serpins in recent years.
