摘要
目的探索研究手术室安全管理中护理安全干预机制的应用。方法通过对2012年我院的手术室安全管理中存在的问题以及涉及到的安全隐患问题进行研究分析,将护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中有效的利用。通过护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的实际应用分析,比较未引用护理安全干预机制与引用之后的情况。结果在手术室安全管理中应用护理安全干预机制,能够有效的降低手术室医疗事故的出现,同时在一定程度上提高了患者对我院的医疗服务满意情况。结论在手术室安全管理中有效的应用护理安全干预机制能够保证我院的手术室安全管理,特别是有效的降低了因为护理问题所引起的引发的医疗纠纷问题。
Objective To explore the application of nursing safety intervention mechanism of safety management in operation room. Methods Through the hospital＇s operating room safety management in the presence of 2012 issues and safety problems related to the research and analysis, the effective use of nursing interventions security mechanisms in the operating room safety management. By analyzing the practical application of nursing interventions security mechanisms in the operating room safety management, the nursing intervention mechanism with reference to safety after comparing unreferenced. Results Safety management in the operating room nursing safety intervention mechanism that can effectively reduce the operating room medical malpractice occurs, while a certain extent, improved patient satisfaction with hospital health care situation. Conclusion In the operating room safety management and effective application of nursing intervention mechanism to ensure the security and safety management hospital operating room, and is particularly effective in reducing the problems caused by medical malpractice issues arising because of care.
