日粮蛋白水平对7~12周龄略阳乌鸡免疫及抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Dietary Crude Protein on Immunity and Antioxidation Capacity of Lueyang Black-boned Chickens from Seven to Twelve Weeks of Age

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮不同蛋白水平对7~12周龄略阳乌鸡母鸡免疫及抗氧化性能的影响.试验选取42日龄略阳乌鸡母鸡180只,随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每重复12只鸡.各试验组分别饲喂蛋白水平为12.39%、16.60%和20.15%的日粮,于8、10和12周龄末采集血清及肝脏样品测定免疫及抗氧化指标.结果表明:日粮蛋白水平对8、10和12周龄略阳乌鸡母鸡血清中各项免疫指标均没有显著影响(P>0.05).日粮16.60%和20.15%蛋白水平组较12.39%蛋白水平组显著提高了8周龄略阳乌鸡母鸡血清T-AOC含量(P<0.05)及10周龄略阳乌鸡母鸡血清SOD含量(P<0.05).随着日粮蛋白水平的升高,12周龄略阳乌鸡母鸡血清中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05).8、10周龄略阳乌鸡母鸡肝脏中CAT含量均随日粮蛋白水平提高而显著增加,但在12周龄未表现出显著性差异.由此可见,在本试验条件下,随着日粮蛋白水平升高,略阳乌鸡机体抗氧化功能具有显著增强的趋势. This study was undertook to assess the effect of dietary crude protein (CP) concentration on immunity and antioxidation capacity of Lueyang black-boned chickens. A total of 180 forty two-day-old Lueyang black-boned chickens were randomly assigned to three treatments,each treatment contained 5 replicates with 12 chickens. The birds were fed experimental diets with different levels of protein concentration of 12.39%,16.60% and 20.15% from 7 to 12 weeks of age respectively. On day 56,70 and 84, 1 chicken close to the average weight of all birds in each treatment were selected from each pen and slaughtered to evaluate the serum immunity index and serum and hepatic antioxidation index. The results showed that dietary CP concentration didn't have any significant influence on serum immunity index from 7 to 12 weeks of age (P〉0.05). The birds fed the diet with 16.60% and 20.15% CP concentration exhibited greater (P〈0.05) in T-AOC concentration in serum on day 56 and SOD concentration in serum on day 70 than that of those fed 12.39% CP concentrations. And MDA concentration in serum on day 84 showed a significant downward trend as the CP level increaseing (P〈0.05). CAT concentration in hepatic showed a significant increase as the CP level in- creasing on day 56 and 70, but it was not significant on day 84. In conclusion,the antioxidation capacity of Lueyang black-boned chickens showed an enhanced trend with the increasing of CP level.
