摘要
梳理并掌握老年残疾人在养老服务需求方面的特殊性,剖析其养老所面临的困境,从而为完善全社会养老服务体系建设提供现实依据。通过对典型个案进行深度访谈,分析其年龄、残疾类型和残疾等级、生活自理状况、婚姻状况、经济状况、家庭残疾人口数、居住方式、主要照料者等因素及其对养老方式和老年生活质量的影响。调查显示,在老年残疾人群体中,夫妻双残、一户多残、两代残疾、家庭贫困、空巢等特征加深了该群体养老的困难,而目前居家养老服务对老年残疾人服务的针对性严重不足,致使这类人群晚年生活质量令人堪忧。政府与社会应共同关注老年残疾问题,细化居家养老服务政策,探索应对老年残疾和服务于老年残疾人居家养老的有效措施。
The thesis tries to organize and grasp the specificity of the disabled elderly in terms of their demand of the elderly care service and analyze the plight that the elderly care service have faced in order to provide realistic basis for the improvement of the elderly care service system construction in the whole society. By the deep interview of typical cases, the thesis analyzes the factors such as the age, the types and levels of disability, the stat population, service and e of the activities of daily living, the marital status, the economic condition, the family disability the residential patterns, and the main caregiver, etc. as well as their influence to the mode of care life quality of the elderly. Surveys show that disabled couples, disability in two generations, multi disability in one household, the disabled elderly in poverty and empty- nest disabled elderly are the most disadvantaged groups in care service for the aged. However, the pertinence for the disabled elderly of the home - based care service is severely inadequate, causing the worryies for the life quality in their old age. Both the government and the society should pay attention to the issues of disabled elderly care, making the home -based care policy more clear and detailed, and explore the measures to respond to the elderly disability and the home -based care service serving for the disabled elderly.
