摘要
老龄社会趋势已经势不可挡,社会大众对于老年教育的需求也日益迫切。随着老年教育的不断推进,教育规模日益庞大,形成了一定规模的从事老年教学的教学人员。本文以宁波社区大学老年教育中心为例分析了宁波市大众化老年教育师资的现状,并且就如何建设师资队伍提出一些建议和对策。
The rapid development of the aging society is inevitable. The public demand for the education for the aged is in- creasingly urgent. As the education for the aged carries forward, the scale of education is gradually large that leads to a certain teaching team for the education for the aged. This paper analyzes the current situation in the teachers of the public education for the aged in Ningbo and gives some advice and countermeasures to the building of the team of the teachers.
