摘要 针对实验教学示范中心建设中的共性问题,结合船舶动力技术实验教学示范中心省级和国家级建设过程,从建设思路、教学体系、教学方法、制度保障等方面进行探索与实践。凝练了"培养目标注重素质,实验内容注重综合,创新教育注重个性"的教学理念;构建了"专业素质培养平台→科技创新实践平台→校企联合拓展平台"的进阶式实验教学体系;形成了"教学与科研相结合,虚拟与现实相结合,课内与课外相结合"的实验教学方法。在培养基础雄厚、专业扎实、视野宽阔的创新型人才方面取得了较好的效果,可供国内同类院校借鉴。 The exploration and practice of laboratory in universities are performed from the construction ideas, teaching system, teaching method, system security and other aspects in the construction of Ship Power Technology Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center. Teaching philosophy is condensed by three aspects: training objectives emphasizing the quality, experimental content focusing on integration, and innovative education concerning personality. The experimental teaching system consists of three stepped platforms which are from professional quality training platform to scientific innovation platform and then to colleges & enterprises development platform. Experimental teaching methods have been refined of teaching combining with research, virtual connecting reality and curricular crossing extracurricular. Good results were achieved in innovative personnel training with solid professional foundation and wide field of vision. The platforms can be referenced and learned for similar domestic institutions.
