摘要
目的 探讨风险管理在消化内镜室中的应用效果.方法 在实施风险管理前,对消化内镜室监测的空气、物体表面、手卫生等环境卫生学及胃镜进行监测,针对影响监测结果不合格的重点环节、高危因素进行分析及风险识别,按风险级别制定风险评估内容与控制计划,落实预防控制措施.结果 实施风险管理后,消化内镜室环境卫生学及生物学监测合格率明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,接受消化内镜检查患者无一例患者发生医院感染事件.结论 风险管理模式有助于为患者提供安全检查,还可以提高医护人员的风险防范意识,防止交叉感染,提升临床医疗护理质量.
Objective To investigate application effect of risk management in the digestive-endoscopy room.Methods Before the implementation of risk management,for unqualified affect the monitoring results of key link analysis,risk factors and risk identification,according to the risk level risk assessment content and control plan,to carry out the prevention and control measures through the digestive endoscopy room monitoring of air,surfaces,hand hygiene monitoring,environmental hygiene and gastroscope.Results After the application of risk management,environmental hygiene and biological monitoring in digestive-endoscopy room qualified rate increased significantly,differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P ＜ 0.05）,patients who accepted digestive-endoscopy examination had no hospital infection happened.Conclusion Risk management can help to provide patients with safety examination,also can improve the risk prevention consciousness of medical staff on infection prevention,and improve the quality of clinical care.
