摘要
探讨日粮添加谷氨酰胺(Gln)对免疫应激条件下蛋鸡应激激素及免疫功能的影响。选择健康的37周龄海兰褐产蛋鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每重复12只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组为免疫应激组,在日粮中分别添加0、0.6%、0.8%和1.0%的Gln。试验第4天对Ⅱ-Ⅴ组蛋鸡分别进行肌肉注射新城疫冻干苗和灭活苗,对照Ⅰ组蛋鸡同部位注射等量生理盐水。免疫应激后3h,日粮未添加Gln的免疫应激Ⅱ组蛋鸡血浆皮质醇含量显著升高(P〈0.01),免疫后6h,Ⅱ组的血浆皮质醇含量仍高于对照Ⅰ组(P〉0.05),日粮添加Gln的Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的皮质醇含量显著低于Ⅱ组(P〈0.01)。日粮添加Gln可显著提高新城疫免疫应激蛋鸡的新城疫HI抗体滴度水平(P〈0.05),以0.6%Gln效果更好。免疫应激后3h,其B淋巴细胞转化率显著提高(P〈0.01),T淋巴细胞转化率高于对照组(P〉0.05);日粮未添加Gln的免疫应激Ⅱ组蛋鸡B、T淋巴细胞转化率均高于日粮添加Gln的免疫应激组(P〉0.05);日粮添加0.6%、0.8%Gln有助于免疫应激蛋鸡B、T淋巴细胞转化率恢复至对照组水平。因此,免疫应激条件下,日粮添加Gln能显著降低免疫应激蛋鸡应激激素皮质醇的含量,日粮添加Gln有增加机体免疫机能的趋势。
The experiment was focus on the effect of Glutamine(Gln)on the stress hormone and immune function of laying hens in immune stress.300Hy-Line Brown hens of 37weeks age were randomly allocated into 5groups(5replications per group,12hens per replication):group Ⅰ(control group),groupⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤ(immune stress groups,0,0.6%,0.8%and 1.0%Gln,respectively).Laying hens from groupⅡ-Ⅴ(immune stress groups)were injected with newcastle disease vaccine(NDV)on day 4,and laying hens from group Ⅰ(control group)were injected with the same amount of sterile saline.3hafter immune stress,the plasma cortisol concentration in immune stress groupⅡ was significantly increased(P〈0.01),while 6hafter immune stress,the plasma cortisol concentration was still higher than the control group(P〉0.05).While adding Gln in dietary,the plasma cortisol concentration was significantly reduced(P〈0.01).Adding Gln in dietary,it will raise the HI antibody titer to NDV of the immune stress laying hens(P〈0.05),and the level of 0.6% Gln has a better effect.3hafter vaccine immunized,the transformation rate of B lymphocyte was significantly improved(P〈0.01),and the transformation rate of T lymphocyte was higher than the control group(P〉0.05).The transformation rate of T,B lymphocyte in immune stress groupⅡ were higher than Gln adding group(P〉0.05).While adding 0.6%,0.8% Gln were helpful on the transformation rate of T,B lymphocyte recovered to the same level of the control group(P〉0.05). While adding Gln in dietary,the plasma cortisol concentration of laying hens in immune stress was significantly reduced,and Gln had an increasing trend of immune function.
