摘要
目的:观察壮药固本培元外洗剂联合左卡尼汀口服液、葡萄糖酸锌片口服治疗少弱精子症(肾阳亏虚证)的临床疗效。方法:将300例少弱精子不育症(肾阳亏虚证)患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,观察组予壮药固本培元外洗剂坐浴同时口服左卡尼汀丁口服液及葡萄糖酸锌片治疗;对照组单纯口服左卡尼汀口服液及葡萄糖酸锌片治疗;3个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后进行疗效判定,比较2组总有效率、精子密度、活率、活力。结果:总有效率观察组为81.33%,对照组为64.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后精子密度、活率、活力改善方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:壮药固本培元外洗剂联合左卡尼汀口服液、葡萄糖酸锌片口服治疗男子少弱精子不育症(肾阳亏虚型)有较好疗效。
Objective： To explore therapeutic effects ofZhuangMedicineGuBenPeiYuanlotion and levocarnitine oral liquid, zinc gluconate tablets through mouth in treating oligoasthenozoospermia （kidney-Yang deficiency pattern）. Methods： All 300 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group according to the order of the visiting, 150 cases each group,the observation group receivedZhuangMedicine GuBenPeiYuanlotion and levocarnitine oral liquid, zinc gluconate tablets through mouth; the control group were given with levocarnitine oral liquid, zinc gluconate tablets through mouth; three months were one course of the treatment, clinical effects were assessed when the course of the treatment was finished, total effective rate, the density, motility rate and the vitality of the sperms in both groups were compared. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 81.33%, higher than 64.67% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning （P＆lt;0.05）; the observation group was superior to the control group in thedensity, motility rate and the vitality of the sperms after treating （P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion：ZhuangmedicineGuBenPeiYuanlotion levocarnitine oral liquid, zinc gluconate tablets through mouth are effective in treating oligoasthenozoospermia.
