摘要
建筑工程的整体造价取决于投资决策阶段,受控于方案设计阶段,落实于施工阶段,体现于竣工结算阶段,各阶段对工程造价的影响比重区间分别为75%~90%、35%~75%、5%~30%和0~5%,但就建筑工程而言,施工阶段不仅是绝大多数工程造价中的关键环节,它还直接反映了投资决策的科学性、方案设计的合理性和竣工结算的公正性。因此,施工过程在工程整体的造价控制、质量控制等方面起着决定性作用。基于系统论的观点,从方案优化、资金管理等五个方面着重论述施工环节对建筑工程造价的影响及优化控制的具体措施,为建筑工程造价控制提供依据。
The overall cost of a construction project is depended on the investment decision stage , controlled by the project design phase , implemented in the construction phase , reflected in the completion stage .According to the study , the various the project stages impact the total cost portioned from 75% to 90%, 35% to 75%, 5%to 30%and 0 to 5% respectively .But to a construction project , the construction phase not only bridges project design and completion stages , and the majority investment of the project is spent in this stage , but also reflects the scientific nature of investment decisions , program design rationality and fairness of the project com-pletion settlement .Therefore , the construction process , in the whole project and to the whole construction cost and quality control , plays the decisive role .This article , based on the viewpoint of system theory , emphatically elaborated the influence of the construction process on architectural engineering construction cost and proposed specific measures to optimized the fund management from five aspects （plan optimization, quality control, etc）, which provided the basis for the architectural engineering construction cost control .
