摘要
抽样调查研究技能大赛在高职院校课程体系优化、教学方法改革、实训条件改善等方面的影响。总结技能教学改革中存在产学研融合进程缓慢、资源未能面向社会开放、误入"精英教育"导向等现存问题。各高职院校应进一步把握改革重点,实现产学研一体化发展,加快教学资源数字化建设,面向社会服务,建立大赛长效机制,全面实现融赛于教。为推动实现专业设置与产业需求、教学与生产过程及职业标准、职业教育与终身教育三方对接,改革促进职业教育内涵式发展,提供参考建议。
The paper uses sampling method to investigate the influence of skill competitions on the perfection of curriculum system in vocational colleges, the reform of teaching methods and the improvement of practicing conditions. The paper also analyzes the problems in the skill teaching reform and proposes that vocational colleges should establish a long-term mechanism for the skill competition to promote skill teaching reform.
