摘要
采用不同浓度的赤霉素对离体连翘枝条进行处理,研究其对花期的影响。结果表明,赤霉素在浓度为500、1 000、1 500 mg/L均能提早促进连翘开花。其中,赤霉素1 500 mg/L处理效果最为显著,能显著提高开花率,并且开花日期可提早90 d。
Using different concentration of GA3 treatment on in vitro Forsythia suspensa （thunb ）Vahl branch ,the effect of GA3 on flowering regulation of Forsythia suspensa（thunb）Vahl was studied. The results showed that,treating with 500 mg/L,1 000 mg/L and 1 500 mg/L GA3,the flowering of Forsythia suspensa（thunb）Vahl advanced. Among them,the effect of 1 500 mg/L GA3 treatment was the most significant,which could significantly improve the flowering rate ,and promote the flowering date in advance about 90 days.
