高温固相法制备Y_2O_2S∶Lu^(3+)蓝色长余辉发光材料

Preparation of Y_2O_2S∶Lu^(3+) blue photoluminescent materials by high temperature solid-phase method

摘要 在弱还原性气氛下,用高温固相法制备出了1种亮度高、余辉时间长的新的长余辉发光材料Y2O2S∶Lu3+,并对其结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明:该发光材料在480nm处有一宽带发射,最大激发峰位于254nm,并在约330K处有较强的热释发光。通过分析,初步认为是由于Lu3+的掺入使Y2O2S基质固有的阴离子缺陷加深从而导致发光。 In the weak reducing atmosphere,a new long afterglow material Y2O2S∶Lu3+with high brightness and long afterglow time were prepared by high temperature solid phase.The structure and properties were characterized.The results showed that:the light-emitting material at 480nm with a bandwidth of emission,the maximum excitation peak at 254nm,and about 330Kin trouble at the strong light.Through analysis,the preliminary view was that the incorporation of Lu3+leaded the inherent anion defects of Y2O2S matrix were deepened and leaded to light.
